Canyon
Road Inn
When guests
from far away sign up for my workshop and ask where they should
stay while visiting our area, I always tell them to stay at the
Canyon Road Inn. Always. Our part of this beautiful world is magnificent.
As long as you are coming to visit, you may as well stay at a place
that lets you enjoy all that makes northwestern Wisconsin so spectacular.
Canyon Road Inn is the winner of national awards in Inn Travelelr
Magazine for the past four years. A small resort and secluded getaway,
Canyon Road Inn provides an environment for you to enjoy songbirds,
wildlife, quiet comfort, shady walking trails, benches overlooking
the lake, a cedar gazebo, and a quiet lake for you to explore in
complimentary canoes and paddleboats. Themed guestrooms (Northwoods,
Homestead, Garden, Lily Pad, and Railroad) all feature a cozy gas-log
fireplace, air conditioning, double whirlpools, king-beds, private
baths, writing tables, soft robes, and lakeside deck or patio views.
Antiques and family heirlooms lend to a friendly, warm feeling.
Delicious full breakfasts are served in the dining room. The guest
snack area has a refrigerator, microwave, and icemaker. A private
lakeside cottage is also available. Nearby you will find the area's
finest casino plus antique, quilting, and woodworking shops. Now
you know why I always tell my students to stay at the Canyon Road
Inn!
Concrete
Depot
These
folks describe themselves as
"Here
you will find most everything that you need for Decorative Concrete."
I can
personally recommend their stains and colors.
When my
current stash of fibers runs out I'll likely order from this site.
